Qualified Organizations: Donations will be considered for:
Age Restrictions: Requestors and recipients must be at least 21 years old.
Geographic Limitations: Priority is given to organizations located within San Luis Obispo County.
Event Type: Donations may be declined for:
Lead Time: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date.
Form Requirement: All requests must be submitted via our official donation request form available on our website.

Alcohol Law Compliance: Donations of alcoholic beverages are subject to state and federal alcohol laws. In some cases, donations may be restricted or prohibited.
Resale Prohibited: Donations may not be resold except as part of an approved fundraising event (e.g. silent auction, raffle).
Marketing Use: By submitting a request, you agree that Harmony Cellars may list your organization or event in promotional materials or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Non-Guaranteed: Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Harmony Cellars.
Approved donation requests will be contacted via email or phone. If you do not hear back within 30 days, we regret that we are unable to fulfill your request.
