**Cancellation before receiving four wine club shipments will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee**
**Returned wine club shipments are subject to $39.00 return shipment fee. Please contact us to reschedule delivery**
**Pickup orders must be picked up within 180 days. We reserve the right to ship pickup orders, at the club members expense, that have not been picked up within 180 days.**
** Orders not claimed within 360 days will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at Harmony Cellars discretion .**
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via UPS. An adult signature is required for all wine shipments. UPS will make three
attempts to deliver your wine. If you would like us to ship your wine on a different date, please
contact Mike Rice, Club Manager, at least three weeks prior to shipping date.

- Members must be 21 years of age to join & receive shipments
- All wine shipments require an adult an adult signature for delivery. We suggest shipping to a business address, if possible.
- An automated wine club email will be sent when club orders are processed. This email will include detailed shipping information. If you would like to adjust the ship date or have questions, please contact us immediately upon notification.
- We occasionally use other shipping carriers (GSO, FedEx, etc.). If you would like to make arrangements to use a shipper other than UPS, please contact us 805-927-1625.
- It is your responsibility to notify Harmony Cellars of any address changes at least three weeks prior to the shipment date.
- Any charges incurred for misdirected wines will be your responsibility to pay.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of your desire to cancel your wine club membership at least one month prior to the next shipment. Please submit club cancellations in writing via email at info@harmonycellars.com or call us at 805-927-1625. **Cancellation before receiving four wine club shipments will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee**
